Designation / Title: CAPA EngineerDuration: 8 MonthsLocation: Bloomington, IN / OnsiteRate / Salary Range: $45/hour - $55/hour on W2; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Job DescriptionThe CAPA Engineer executes within the CAPA process to ensure the adequate resolution of quality and/or compliance issues related to the operations and quality management systems.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage CAPA program per QS018.Provide adequate information prior to CAPA related meetings.Schedule regular CAPA meetings to ensure progress of CAPAs.Schedule follow-up meetings with cross functional teams.Schedule verification of effectiveness for complete CAPA.Facilitate and record CAPA meetings.Track and follow up on action items for CAPA.Provides oversight and leads CAPA implementers through the CAPA process.Ensure CAPA documentation complete per QIQUA-00018.Ensure requests for CAPA are documented, reviewed, and addressed.Provide CAPA metrics to management per QS002.Schedule and manage CRB meetings per QIQUA-00018.Support external, internal, and customer audits as needed.Review and improve CAPA process based on process gaps.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
