Human Resources Business Partner

We are partnering with a premier, global organization operating across industrial manufacturing and energy services to hire a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will play a key part in the continued growth and transformation of their HR organization, partnering closely with leadership to positively impact business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, associate relations, benefits, leave administration, and training.Manage the recruitment process to meet talent needs while ensuring compliance and overseeing vendor/staffing partnerships.Lead new hire orientation and educate employees on company policies, procedures, and resources.Advise leaders and associates on HR best practices, company policies, and state/federal employment regulationsPartner with leadership to address employee relations matters, including investigations and resolution strategies.Escalate complex issues to senior HR leadership when needed to ensure consistency and mitigate risk.Contribute to HR initiatives that support organizational growth and transformationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).A minimum of 8 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR business partner capacity.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting manufacturing or distribution environmentsStrong employee relations experience.Experience with recruiting and onboarding processesKnowledge of leave administrationPHR or SPHR certification preferred.HRIS experience, preferably ADP and/or UKGWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to partner with leaders and influence outcomesExperience managing employee relations and investigationsKnowledge of employment law and HR complianceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsIf you're looking for an opportunity to partner with leadership, influence culture, and help shape the future of HR within a growing organization, we encourage you to apply.J-18808-Ljbffr
