Role Overview: Machine Operator Site: McAllen, TX Compensation: $11.00 hourly Availability: Candidates must be prepared for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and occasional Saturday work. Core Duties: Manage and oversee the performance of industrial equipment such as plastic molding tools, drill presses, and standard presses. Ensure that all manufactured components meet quality benchmarks by performing regular inspections and necessary calibrations. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all established safety protocols and keeping the workspace tidy. Identify and resolve basic mechanical malfunctions, escalating larger maintenance concerns to the appropriate team. Collaborate effectively with production staff to ensure daily output targets are consistently achieved. Essential Qualifications: Completion of High School Diploma or GED. Prior background in the operation of industrial manufacturing hardware. Flexibility to accommodate overtime hours and weekend shifts as production schedules dictate. Successful completion of a standard background screening. Demonstrate a high level of precision and help foster a culture of safety throughout the facility.
