The Woodhouse Day Spa strives to create a unique spa experience for each of our guests and cannot achieve this without talented therapists who have passion for what they do!"You've Gotta Do What You Love!"As Spa Manager, you will be responsible for:.......Well, everything, but dont worry, we have an industry leading training program to help you find success!More specifically, our stellar GMs:Manage the daily operations of the spaMake sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectivelyCoach and develop team membersMaximize inventory for professional and retail useUnderstand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spas overall performanceTake the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreachEnsures each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experienceUnderstands that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfactionPreference for 3 years work experience in a spa, retail or cosmetics management position. Experience in guest relations and management is necessary.
