General Manager, Residential Products BusinessLocation: USA, Louisville, KY.How You'll Create PossibilitiesBusiness Leadership & P&L OwnershipOwn and manage overall profitability and performance of the Residential Microenterprise, including Sales, EBIT, Cash, Pricing, Share, Mix, Total Product Cost, and COQ. Develop and execute the Residential growth strategy to deliver sustained revenue, margin expansion, and capital efficiency. Lead portfolio strategy, investment planning, and business case development for new product introductions (NPIs) and growth initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in SKU productivity, cost competitiveness, and profitability through simplification and disciplined portfolio management.Customer-First Growth & Market StrategyLead the team in proactively identifying emerging trends and customer needs through market insights, channel feedback, and consumer research. Translate insights into winning products and services that strengthen customer loyalty and drive share growth across distribution, dealer, retail, and digital channels. Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop go-to-market strategies, channel programs, and commercialization plans that differentiate the brand in the marketplace. Build and maintain relationships with key distributors, contractors, and retailers to deepen partnerships and accelerate growth.Innovation & Cross-Functional ExecutionLead the end-to-end NPI process, ensuring programs meet defined objectives for timing, cost, quality, and customer experience. Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Sourcing to advance modular design, sustainability, digital integration, and product quality. Ensure cross‑functional alignment with Transformation (PMO) to deliver enterprise priorities and accelerate execution speed. Champion simplification and modular architecture to reduce complexity and improve customer responsiveness.Enterprise Collaboration & AlignmentDrive alignment with Air & Water Hoshin priorities and P&PD strategy to ensure Residential initiatives contribute to enterprise goals. Collaborate with other Microenterprise Leaders (Light Commercial, Commercial, and Appliances) to identify cross‑segment opportunities, shared technologies, and best practices. Engage with suppliers, sourcing, and technology partners to deliver cost productivity, innovation, and supply reliability. Partner with the Lean Enterprise and Transformation teams to embed standard work, data‑driven decision making, and continuous improvement tools.Leadership & CultureLead and develop a high‑performing, empowered organization that operates with speed, accountability, and customer focus.
