Our focus is on driving the development of our full stack solutions for both Enterprise and Neocloud use cases. The team is led by Oscar, a seasoned product management leader with extensive experience in the enterprise technology space. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction. Working in this team offers the opportunity to be part of a high-energy environment and help us rapidly build and expand our business focused on Agentic AI infrastructure solutions.Your RoleDefine and execute strategy for how Nutanix Agentic AI solution will integrate and work with our OEM’s and Partners AI FactoriesGather and prioritize customer feedback for product requirementsBuild consensus and clarity across teams for product goalsWrite comprehensive market and product requirement documentsCoordinate with cross-functional teams for product deliveryTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)Provide ongoing support to drive high customer satisfactionCreate and maintain internal and external facing collateralWhat You Will BringStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesExperience with Hybrid Multi-Cloud servicesExperienced in working with Partners/OEM’s and building strong business relationshipsYou should have direct experience or a strong familiarity with the AI/ML product ecosystem and AI Factories.8+ years of product management experience in enterprise datacenter products, AI/ML, Kubernetes, Virtualization, IaaS, PaaS, cloud computing, or related offerings.Proven ability to innovate and experience in launching and taking to market successful productsIndependently led and owned a product lineExcellent written and oral communication skillsProven ability to influence geographically distributed teamsBS or MS in Engineering. MBA is nice to haveWork ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 189,600 and USD $ 380,400 per year.However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
