You will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management to identify trends, develop reports, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights from complex datasets.🔹 Key Responsibilities• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations• Write SQL queries to extract and transform data from databases• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within datasets• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions• Perform data validation and quality checks• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics• Document data sources, processes, reports, and analytical methodologies🔹 Required Skills• Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical concepts• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to work with large and complex datasets• Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and validation• Understanding of business intelligence and reporting concepts• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to translate business requirements into data-driven insights🔹 Preferred SkillsExperience with one or more of the following is a plus:• Power BI, Tableau, or Looker• Python or R for data analysis• Pandas, NumPy, or other data analysis libraries• Advanced Excel, PivotTables, Power Query, and Power Pivot• ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines• Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud• Data warehousing and dimensional modeling• A/B testing and statistical analysis• Business intelligence (BI) tools• Jira, Confluence, or Agile/Scrum methodologies• Machine learning or predictive analytics fundamentals🎓 Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred• 1–5+ years of relevant data analysis experience• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities• Fresh graduates with strong academic projects, internships, or hands-on data analytics experience may also be considered for selected opportunities🛂 Work AuthorizationCandidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States for the specific opportunity.Depending on client requirements, opportunities may be available for candidates with OPT/EAD, STEM OPT, H-1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, Green Card, or U.S. Citizenship.Sponsorship availability may vary by position and client.💰 CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience, skills, location, and client requirements.Compensation and benefits will vary by individual opportunity.📍 LocationUnited StatesSpecific positions may be Remote, Hybrid, or On-site depending on the client and project requirements.
