Victoria Harbour is a scenic marina destination on Lake Allatoona in Woodstock, GA, offering beautiful waterfront views and a welcoming atmosphere. It's a favorite spot for boaters, locals, and visitors to enjoy time on the lake, friendly service, and memorable days by the water.
Harbor Town in Acworth, GA brings that same waterfront charm to another corner of Lake Allatoona. With easy lake access, inviting spaces, and a laid-back lakeside feel, Harbor Town is a place where guests can relax, connect, and enjoy the best of marina life.
ResponsibilitiesAssist boaters with slip inquiries, marketing, and leasing opportunities.
Negotiate, prepare, and complete slip lease agreements accurately and professionally
Provide clear explanations of marina policies, lease terms, and account details
Accept, process, and post customer payments
Address customer questions regarding account balances, billing, and services
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to build positive relationships with marina customers.
Direct customer inquiries or concerns to the appropriate department when needed.
Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and lease documentation
Utilize the marina computer system for customer setup, data entry, scheduling boat launches and retrievals, and reporting
Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of financial and customer information
RequirementsMust pass a background check.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
9 AM to 5 PM with one weekend day either Saturday or Sunday required, 5-day work week.
At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
