This individual will drive F&I revenue, ensure compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from sale to delivery.Key Responsibilities•     Structure and present financing options; secure approvals through lenders and manufacturer programs•     Present and sell F&I products: extended service contracts, GAP, tire & wheel, and aftermarket packages•     Ensure compliance with federal and Louisiana regulations (TILA, OFAC, Red Flags Rule, etc.)•     Prepare all finance and legal documents accurately and on time•     Partner with sales team and provide regular performance reporting across both locations when deemed necessaryQualifications•     3+ years of F&I experience in RV, automotive, marine, or powersports — RV preferred•     Proven F&I product penetration and per-unit performance results with strong emphasis on PVR%•     Strong knowledge of deal structuring, credit analysis, and lender programs•     Familiarity with DMS platforms (Lightspeed, IDS, CDK, or similar)Compensation & Benefits•     Performance-based commission | Health, dental & vision benefits•     Paid time off | Ongoing F&I training | Growth opportunity within expanding groupHow to ApplySubmit resume and F&I performance summary in confidence to Drivian Consulting Group.
