Job Responsibilities 10 years of relevant IT Experience, of full SAP Project life-cycle Implementation experience with SAP-ECC and HANA. In depth knowledge and experience on the SAP-ABAP , Reports Interfaces , Forms , Conversions , Enhancements Experienced in working with the ABAP workbench , OOABAP. Possess a solid understanding of technical architecture, infrastructure and ABAP development, including, testing, administration . Experience on Enhancements and BADI. Experience in working with Web services, Consumer Proxy , Inbound and outbound IDOC Interfaces . Experience in working least 2 Functional Modules R2R/O2C/P2P etc Recommendation of best practices of SAP Methodologies , Rapid deployment services. Ability to provide hands-on support to the Support team and trouble-shoot issues occurring Post Go-live Responsible for driving and influencing technical design decisions for various SAP solutions across various functions. Engage and partner with customers, SAP Functional Leads to deliver business systems and processes Job Requirements Design, guide, and monitor technical development by the team members Be proficient with various integrations with SAP ECC system using EDI / IDoc and other tools Experience in multiple SAP full lifecycle implementations and Rollouts. Strong Communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in designing, implementing, building, testing and deploying complex business processes in an SAP environment Experience in leading teams and delivering successful results Experience in SAP ABAP/4 programming using: SAP Script, IDoc, BAPI, RFC Experience with BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, LSMW, writing user exits, BDC coding and interfaces Skill & Experience Any experience in developing integrated solutions involving process, data, and technology Experience in SAP application development (ABAP / ABAP OO, modelling, and design Enable the design and implementation of solutions across business units for a variety of SAP modules Partner closely with internal teams on systems design, application upgrades, release and system performance Analyzing on business requirements, Application design and understand System Architecture.
