Job Title : Healthcare Analytics ManagerLocation : Florida, United States (Remote)Type : Full TimeJob SummaryOur client is seeking a Manager, Healthcare Analytics to lead the delivery of advanced analytics solutions that inform strategic decision-making and enhance organizational performance. This role is responsible for shaping and executing analytics initiatives that transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights. The manager will align people, tools, and data assets to support enterprise and health plan priorities while driving measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and execution of large-scale analytics initiatives, converting business objectives into data-driven strategies and solutionsServe as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, overseeing requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and adoptionDirect team priorities, balance competing demands, and ensure outputs align with organizational goals and customer expectationsMaintain strong stakeholder relationships through clear communication, transparency, and consistent delivery of insightsCollaborate across functions and levels of the organization, translating analytical findings into clear, business-focused narrativesEngage independently with senior leaders to understand market-specific dynamics, opportunities, and constraintsUtilize enterprise reporting and analytics platforms to deliver timely insights and recommendationsEnable collaboration across state-based health plans and departments such as IT, Finance, Network Development, and Payment IntegrityLead, mentor, and develop analytics talent, fostering continuous learning and professional growthQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative or healthcare-related field such as business, economics, statistics, mathematics, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferredAt least four years of experience in healthcare analytics, including working with large datasets, data validation, performance optimization, and complex query developmentHands-on experience with SQL and data structures, including query tuning, indexing, and stored proceduresExposure to programming languages such as Python or R preferredWorking knowledge of analytical and statistical techniques such as trend analysis, data modeling, and root-cause analysisExperience leading projects or teams, with demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior analystsFamiliarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools, particularly Microsoft Power BIExperience with change management, financial analysis, ROI evaluation, or healthcare claims and network analytics is a plusUnderstanding of claims processing, utilization management, provider contracts, and risk adjustment within government-sponsored healthcare programs preferred
