The New Home Builder will oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, following project schedules, conducting inspections, managing on-site resources, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.QualificationsExperience with construction processes, scheduling, and project managementAbility to manage subcontractors and on-site labor efficientlyProficient in interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and codesKnowledge of safety regulations and quality control practicesStrong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and vendorsFamiliarity with building materials, construction technology, and industry practicesPrevious experience in residential or mixed-use construction is preferredBuilder's License Desired, but not requiredAbility to work extended hours on-site when required
