The Software Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful deployment and integration of software solutions for complex customers.TOP SKILLS:• Experience overseeing and managing enterprise level SAAS implementations in the healthcarespace--specifically direct experience supporting hospital systems, perioperative services, sterile processing departments, laboratory systems, clinical workflows and EHR implementations.• Ability to be the SME for a digital workflow solution on a client-facing level—managing 15-20 projects at once.• Ability to work in an environment that needs maturing and direction• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).• PMP CertificationRequirements• Experience managing Customer-facing projects in healthcare--specifically hospital systems, perioperative services, sterile processing departments, laboratory systems, clinical workflows or EHR implementations.• Ability to professionally manage Customers to their own due dates and deliverables• Experience overseeing software implementation projects• Proficiency in project management tools• Ability to develop and maintain working knowledge of information technology terminologyand troubleshooting• 3 years Project Management experience with Healthcare software• Strong computer skills, including experience Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.• Ability to travel in US and Canada 25-30%• Direct hands-on experience in a CRM systems environment preferred.• PMP certification
