The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills and be capable of managing multiple maintenance tasks while ensuring safety and operational standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance needsSchedule and oversee repair work and maintenance projectsManage maintenance inventory, tools, and equipmentEnsure compliance with safety regulations and operational standardsTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing issuesSafely operate maintenance tools and equipmentCoordinate with clients, contractors, and the Leasing SpecialistTrain field supervisors on maintenance procedures and safety protocolsPerform routine safety inspections of facilities and equipmentRequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar roleStrong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulationsExcellent organizational, leadership, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and communication toolsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditionsMust pass a background checkValid Driver's License requiredBenefitsPaid Time OffExperienceProperty maintenance: 1 year (Required)License/CertificationDriver's License (Required)Work LocationIn person – Melbourne, FL 32940
