What You’ll Be Responsible For
Install, configure, and validate unit-dose and multi-dose packaging equipment at customer sites
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues independently in real-world environments
Handle days where schedules change, equipment varies, and urgency is real
Perform preventive maintenance to ensure long-term reliability and performance
Train customers on proper operation, maintenance, and best practices
Document service work thoroughly and accurately—details matter
Communicate field insights back to internal teams to improve systems and processes
Travel regularly to customer locations (regional and national)

What We’re Looking For
Experience installing, servicing, or troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment
(pharmacy, automation, or medical equipment experience is a strong plus)
Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
High attention to detail and pride in doing work the right way
Self-motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working alone in the field
Proficiency with Windows operating systems , including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and system performance
Professional communication and customer-focused mindset
Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/move equipment as required
