Visit conracsolutions.com to learn more about their work. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Salt Lake City, UT. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment, operating various tools and machinery, and responding to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining records of maintenance activities, and working collaboratively with a diverse team to support facility operations. Qualifications Proficiency in general maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and carpentryAbility to operate and troubleshoot tools, machinery, and equipmentKnowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety regulationsStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for resolving a variety of maintenance issuesAbility to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication skills and a customer-focused approachPrior experience in facility maintenance or a related field is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or vocational training is a plus
