You’ll keep in regular contact with investors and sellers via phone, text, and email to finalize purchase terms and pricing. WORK SCHEDULE Monday - Friday, 8:30AM -5:00PM JOB REQUIREMENTS North Carolina Real Estate License (preferred but not required) Computer proficiency Excellent phone etiquette Sales experience (preferred) Positive and proactive attitude RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain strong client relationships Negotiate property prices Conduct daily property comparisons Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets Meet daily KPI metrics to ensure long-term success Collaborate with a dynamic team and enjoy the journey! Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour against commission. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions.
