Position : Technical Techno-Functional Consultant / Technical Project Lead (Please don’t submit Technical Project Manager/Program Manager resumes)Location: Pasadena, CA/San Ramon, CA – 3 Days WFO – Hybrid – Only LocalsDuration: Long term contract 80% Technical and 20% Management Skills is Mandatory 12+ years of Technical Techno Functional Consultant/Technical Project Lead experience. Full-stack technical expertise with primary proficiency in Python (Development & coding) and secondary experience in Java, along with hands-on involvement in application architecture design and development. Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud migration projects. Experience with CI/CD tools (Bamboo) and release management. Knowledge of OKTA, OAuth2, and OIDC authentication. Strong solution architecture and application design understanding. Strong Agile/Scrum project delivery using JIRA and Confluence. Excellent stakeholder management and requirement analysis skills. Experience leading offshore development teams and governing end-to-end project delivery. Hands-on experience with Oracle to PostgreSQL migration, data reconciliation, and parity testing. Experience collaborating effectively within onsite and offshore development models, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across distributed teams.
