Data Analyst

Job TitleResponsible for analysis, design, development, and documentation of PHP web pages and/or applications. Or Responsible for working in an AZURE PAAS environment for AT&T Field Operations Dispatch Optimization Centers Reporting Team.May develop new processes, information, web pages, reporting, define processing or handling requirements, compile/evaluate test data.Makes recommendations and implements improvements.Reviews requirements for compatibility with processing methods.Develops/modifies processes, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.Conducts analytical studies and builds and/or recommends process improvements thru data visualization and reporting.May provide support to technical network programs and initiatives for cross collaboration, network data standards and integrity.Provide technical support on process, strategy, criteria, reporting and compliance. Responsible for analysis, design, development, and documentation of network quality/process improvements.Aligns improvement to network performance shortfalls.Provides consultation on reengineering techniques to improve network process performance and product quality.Develops network metrics that provide data to measure for future network improvement opportunities.Measures performance against network process requirements.Responsible for the development and implementation of network performance metrics, process control points and results management.Job Contribution: Technical professional with some experience. Sound technical knowledge growing through application, expanding knowledge of ATT technologies.Education: Typically, a BS degree in Networking, Bigdata, Math, Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent related network-operational experience.Experience: Typically, may require 2-3 years' experience in PHP front end or Azure PAAS, Azure Functions.
