Speech Therapist PRN

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat communication, swallowing, and cognitive disorders in Hendricks County, Indiana.Conduct assessments, evaluate LTC environments, and determine equipment needs related to speech and language.Identify speech defects and develop individualized plans of care to enhance patient function.Implement and adjust care plans as needed, providing education to patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Prepare documentation according to agency policies; training provided for NetHealth documentation.Perform additional duties to facilitate speech-language services.Position is PRN with competitive pay starting at $50/hour and flexible scheduling. Requires a Master's degree (preferred) and CCC in Speech Pathology (preferred). The role involves in-person work.
