This role will be responsible for developing and executing joint marketing strategies with key partners to drive pipeline growth, partner engagement, and revenue impact. The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing, with a strong background in partner ecosystems.Impact You Will Make:Partner Marketing StrategyDevelop and execute comprehensive partner marketing plans aligned with company growth objectivesIdentify high-impact co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners (e.g., ISVs, SIs, resellers)Align partner initiatives with product launches, campaigns, and regional prioritiesPipeline & Demand GenerationDrive joint demand generation programs with partners, including digital campaigns, events, webinars, and content syndicationTrack, measure, and optimize partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipelineManage joint marketing budgets (MDF) and ensure ROI accountabilityPartner Enablement & EngagementBuild scalable partner marketing toolkits, playbooks, and campaign-in-a-box assetsEnable partners with messaging, positioning, and go-to-market resourcesFoster strong relationships with partner stakeholders to increase engagement and program adoptionCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Partner Alliances, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to ensure alignment and executionAct as the marketing liaison for strategic partner accountsAnalytics & ReportingDefine KPIs and track performance of partner marketing programsDeliver regular reporting on pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and partner ROIBrand & Messaging AlignmentEnsure consistent brand representation across partner-led initiativesCollaborate on joint value propositions and messaging frameworksWhat You Will Bring:Partner Marketing Experience - 10-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing, with a strong background in partner ecosystemsStrategic Thinking - Ability to translate business objectives into scalable partner marketing strategiesPartner & Stakeholder Management - Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners at multiple levelsDemand Generation Expertise - Proven success driving pipeline through integrated, multi-channel marketing programsAnalytical Mindset - Data-driven decision-making with experience in marketing analytics and ROI measurementExecution Excellence - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneouslyCommunication Skills - Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentationsCollaboration & Influence - Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authorityAdaptability - Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environmentWe understand that no candidate is perfectly qualified for any job.
