Client Services Representative

Experience Requirements 2–5 years of experience in a customer service, client services, administrative support, or similar client-facing position preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Additional education or training in business administration, customer service, or a related area is preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email Answer incoming telephone calls and direct calls or messages to the appropriate team members Maintain organized filing systems for cutting bills, quotes, and other documentation Maintain accurate production documentation and promptly update records to reflect changes in accordance with ISO 9001 procedures Prepare and send accurate, timely reports and information to customers Communicate with sales, production, shipping, and accounting teams to provide accurate information internally and to customers Make appropriate day-to-day decisions by following established procedures Assist administrative team members with assigned tasks when needed Perform light office-cleaning duties as necessary to help maintain an organized workspace Maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned schedule Complete other duties as assigned by Wald Wire management Qualifications Excellent customer service and professional communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Comfortable working in a shared office environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel Ability to learn and use Sage or a similar shop management system Dependable, accountable, and committed to maintaining regular attendance Manufacturing or administrative experience is preferred Location Oshkosh 20th Ave Employment Type Full-Time Benefits Competitive hourly compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Company-provided training Employee referral bonus program Stable, full-time work schedule Salary 20 - 24 / Hr
