Tonkean Process Builder – Legal Service Delivery

A Private Sector client of ours is looking for a Tonkean Process Builder – Legal Service Delivery to work on their ongoing project in the Mountain View, CA office. Below are the additional details of this role:   Required Qualifications: We are seeking experienced Tonkean Process Builders to support a high-priority backlog of Legal Service Delivery workflows, including RAI (Request for Information) process migrations and Marketing–Legal integrations.This role requires hands-on Tonkean experts who can work independently, build and migrate workflows end-to-end, and operate without reliance on Tonkean’s internal Professional Services team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Tonkean Workflow Design & BuildDesign, build, and migrate complex Legal Service Delivery workflows in Tonkean.Execute RAI process migrations from legacy tools or manual processes into Tonkean.Build and enhance Marketing–Legal intake and approval workflows.Configure intake forms, approval logic, SLAs, escalations, and notifications.Experience with RAI, intake, approval, and review processes.Ability to work independently without Tonkean Professional Services support.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  This role can be W2 or C2C/1099 and is open to anyone with valid work authorization in the US.
