Electrician (Seasonal) - Summit Station, GreenlandPolar Field Services, Inc.The RoleKeep a remote Arctic research station powered and safe. You'll install, maintain, and repair electrical systems-from generators and distribution to lighting-while troubleshooting issues in extreme conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and repair generators, power distribution, lighting, and controlsPerform preventive maintenance and diagnostics; complete work orders and logsSupport safe operations in remote, cold-weather environmentsCollaborate with station teams and visiting researchersQualificationsActive Journeyman or Master Electrician license4+ years of electrical experience, including generator/power distributionStrong troubleshooting, communication, and safety mindsetValid driver's license and passport; able to work in extreme coldCompensation & Benefits$2,425–$2,850 per weekHealth & Welfare: $4.22/hour for the first 40 hours each week (included in weekly rate)Unique opportunity to work in a stunning, remote location supporting critical scienceSupportive, mission-driven team cultureApplyReady for an unforgettable Arctic season?
