JE Technology Solutions Inc. is seeking a General Manager with experience in building strong teams, driving revenue growth, leading process improvements that support long-term competitive advantage and ensuring high-quality production and OTD service.
We are a privately held, growing company in a specialized industrial/manufacturing sector, serving national clients and expanding into new markets. We are strengthening operational leadership to support sustained growth, improve scalability, and enhance performance across the organization. The General Manager role is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the future of our business. This position is key to driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining JE Technology's position as a trusted partner in expert fall protection solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, and operational performance of the organization.
About the Role
The General Manager will direct daily operations, engineering, and automation initiatives while driving revenue growth and organizational efficiency. The General Manager will also lead cross‑functional teams, champion innovation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while shaping strategic directions for sustainable growth. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, data‑driven leader who can balance strategy with execution and will serve as both an operator and a business builder.
Essential Functions of this Position
Operational & Engineering Leadership: Oversee all operational functions—including production management, engineering, quality assurance, supply chain and logistics—ensuring efficiency, innovation, and compliance with industry standards.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term strategies aligned with company objectives.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Advance business development initiatives and ensure healthy sales pipeline performance. Drive top‑line growth by setting and achieving sales targets; collaborate with the sales team to develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition plans; identify new market opportunities and lead efforts to expand into emerging sectors; build strong relationships with key clients and negotiate high‑value contracts; monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet revenue goals.
Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow‑up, and continuous movement toward closing.
Identify, pursue, and secure national accounts, build relationships and influencing key decision‑makers.
Automation & Process Improvement: Implement automation technologies to streamline operations and reduce manual processes; evaluate and integrate tools that enhance efficiency in production, reporting, and customer service; champion digital transformation initiatives to improve scalability and reduce costs.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, KPIs, and profitability; implement cost‑control measures without compromising quality.
Grow revenue and EBITDA through strategic account development, territory expansion, and industry penetration.
Customer Experience: Strengthen customer relationships and ensure a high‑quality service experience. Ensure exceptional service delivery and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Team Development: Mentor department managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Build a high‑performance culture that values accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Ensure succession planning, training, and talent development across all departments.
Safeguard company assets, policies, and financial integrity.
Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 7‑10+ years of increasing leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or operations in industrial environments or related sectors.
Proven track record in operational management, strategic planning, and revenue growth. Demonstrated success improving operational performance and leading organizational change.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets/ Proven experience running P&L and using metrics for decision making with full operational accountability.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).
Engineering & Automation: Knowledge of engineering principles and experience implementing automation solutions.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, automation platforms, and data analytics.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at influencing stakeholders.
Problem‑Solving: Ability to make data‑driven decisions under pressure and resolve complex challenges.
Hands‑on experience with blueprint interpretation.
Up to 25% Travel to clients work sites.
