Duties
Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of food and drink options.
Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring special requests are noted and accommodated.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity and professionalism.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations; assist with food handling and open/closing preparations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, supporting food industry best practices for quality and presentation.
Build positive guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements
Must be 18 and over.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately; ability to handle cash handling responsibly.
Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling practices.
Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels and enthusiasm.
Serving experience is helpful but not required.
Bilingual skills in English and Korean are advantageous.
