Job DetailsDescriptionWalton, KY1st shiftDuties And ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:Issue and Maintain employee badges.Enter and correct data for the labor tracking program.General clerical and purchase order requisition submissions. Provide administrative support to management; create spreadsheets and presentations and assist with special projects as needed.Greet visitors courteously and promptly, determine their needs and directs them to appropriate individual.Monitor office supply inventories and place orders as requested by individuals.Accept and sign for packages and registered mail and notify recipient of their arrival.Marginal FunctionsAssist departments or managers as requested or assigned.Job SpecificationsExceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skillsPositive attitude and pleasant, professional demeanor.Excellent attention to detailAbility to multi-task and adaptIntermediate/advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office and software applications and accurate typing skills (35 wpm minimum).High School diploma or GED.Coupa experience preferred.
