Home Care Attendent

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Attendants in Highland Township, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote well-being. Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to supervisors. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Follow individualized care plans and instructions accurately and respectfully. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with all company policies and procedures. RequirementsPrevious experience in home care or a related field is an advantage but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Pass background checks home care aides. BenefitsCompetitive pay rate of $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
