Electrical Journeyman Commercial Construction & Service Location: Tulsa, OK 74112 Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Construction / Physical Labor / Skilled Trades Experience Level: 330 Years Pay Range: $28.00 $40.00/hour (based on experience) About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Journeyman to join our growing team in Tulsa, OK. This is a hands-on position with the potential to grow into a supervisory role as we expand the electrical division of our company. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial Electrical construction and service work, is comfortable leading job sites, and can coordinate multiple service calls and teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute commercial electrical projects from start to finish Coordinate and support service technicians on multiple job sites Provide efficient, high-quality service with minimal callbacks Communicate effectively with team members, management, vendors, and customers Lift and transport heavy tools and equipment Work outdoors and in varied weather conditions when required Participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends and overtime as needed Maintain and manage inventory on a fully stocked service truck Complete annual service reviews and documentation Required Qualifications: Valid Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial/residential electrical work Valid drivers license with an insurable driving record No felony convictions Must be able to pass a drug screening Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must provide and maintain your own set of hand tools Work Schedule: Full-time: 40 hours/week Days: Monday Friday On-Call: Weekend availability and overtime as needed Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Pay: $28.00 $40.00 (based on experience) Holiday Pay: 7 paid holidays, including your birthday Paid Time Off: 40 hours vacation after 1 year of employment Competitive wage and opportunities for growth into supervisory role Steady workloadeven during winter months HSA (Health Spending Account) eligibility Company Supplied Cintas Uniforms cleaning service Company Truck & Gas Card for Journeymen Boot allowance Join Our Team: If youre a dependable, experienced journeyman looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company, we want to hear from you.
