AI/ML Development Senior Engineer

Overview In this role you will architect and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions to improve efficiency across MACOM’s manufacturing and operations. You’ll collaborate with domain experts to identify AI-enabled productivity opportunities and build agentic AI workflows that solve real-world bottlenecks. You will influence standards, mentor teammates, and lead adoption of innovative AI technologies in a hardware-centric environment. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at MACOM’s onsite offices.
