This role ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, CIMS, and client requirements, while driving safety initiatives, managing claims, and supporting key business processes.Key ResponsibilitiesCIMS Program ManagementMaintain compliance with Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and CIMS-Green Building (CIMS-GB)Partner with operations to ensure adherence through training, communication, and auditsMaintain and update policies, procedures, and documentationLead internal assessments and coordinate bi-annual recertificationHealth & SafetyEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulationsMaintain and update safety policies and manualsLead safety training programs and oversee safety committeesStay current on regulatory changesClaims & Risk ManagementManage general liability and workers’ compensation claimsCoordinate with brokers, legal counsel, and internal teamsSupport investigations, documentation, and depositionsParticipate in regular claims reviewsSustainability (CDP)Lead annual Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) reportingCoordinate data collection and reporting across departmentsPartner with leadership on sustainability updates and plansAdditional ResponsibilitiesConduct site visits and auditsSupport insurance renewal processManage program budgetsRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience6+ years in HSE, quality, or related fieldExperience managing programs and cross-functional collaborationStrong customer focus and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of HSE regulations and CIMS standardsExcellent communication, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel (up to 50%)PreferredISSA Certification Expert (I.C.E.)Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)Spanish language skillsWhy Join WorkerbeeEarlier visibility into opportunitiesBetter-fit introductionsAccess to meaningful workLess application noiseA network that improves over timeWorkerbee employees will not respond to direct communication attempts via email, phone, social media, or LinkedIn regarding status within the talent network or customer needs.
