What You'll Do: As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll oversee all aspects of facility operations and maintenance, including:Coordinating and supervising contractors for repairs and improvement projectsManaging HVAC systems, emergency power, and utility usageImplementing building security protocols and snow removal plansConducting routine inspections and handling day-to-day maintenance needsEnsuring compliance with safety regulations and documentation requirementsProviding clear updates to leadership and resolving employee concerns RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus!)Valid NYS Driver's LicenseStrong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulationsExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with hand tools, power tools, and facility management softwareAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environmental conditions Salary Description $23-$25/hour
