Job Title: Databricks Engineer (AI/ML)Location: Louisville, KYDuration: Long TermPay rate: $55-$60/hrJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled Databricks Engineer with strong experience in AI/ML and machine learning.The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, developing ML models, and working closely with data and engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using DatabricksWork with large-scale structured and unstructured dataBuild, train, and deploy machine learning modelsCollaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement AI/ML solutionsPerform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluationOptimize performance and scalability of data workflowsEnsure data quality, governance, and security best practicesRequired Skills:Strong experience with Databricks and Apache SparkProficiency in Python (PySpark) and SQLHands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI conceptsExperience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)Knowledge of data engineering and ETL processesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)Good to Have:Experience with MLOps and model deploymentKnowledge of Delta Lake and data warehousing conceptsUnderstanding of data pipelines orchestration toolsDiverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
