Can be other domainsWe are looking for:o Developers NOT adminso Object oriented programmingo Certified in salesforceo Can code in apex as well as understand salesforce lightningo Nice to have: full stack dev. Code AND test would be "amazing"No mobile app development is involvedLightning: in the past salesforce devs who worked only on "salesforce classic", since then we have upgraded to "lightning."Basic salesforce admin certification or some get a dev certification.
