We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher Assistant to work closely with our team of professionals in creating a nurturing and enriching learning environment. Role Description This part-time, on-site Teacher Assistant position is located in North Palm Beach, FL. As a Teacher Assistant at Spark2Ignite, you will collaborate with lead teachers to provide support and guidance to students. Day-to-day tasks may include helping to develop educational materials and managing activities.General Summary:As a Teacher Assistant at Spark2Ignite, you will play a crucial role in maximizing the educational achievements of our participants. Working collaboratively with our lead instructor and classroom team, you will implement our carefully designed curriculum and provide essential support to ensure the safety, security, and respect of all participants. This position is ideal for beginning teachers, student teachers, or individuals with a genuine passion for working with special needs adults.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the lead instructor and classroom team to support the implementation of the curriculum.Foster a safe, secure, and respectful learning environment for all participants.Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and other staff members, ensuring transparent and constructive dialogue.Multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:Must pass a background check.CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
