Maintenance Planner

**About the Role:**Join a leading team at a major manufacturing andindustrial-scale research/testing facility located in Beggs, Oklahoma. Thisonsite position offers a Monday-Friday, first-shift schedule, providing aconsistent and structured work environment. As a CBRE Maintenance PlanningSenior Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the facility'soperational efficiency and supporting a dynamic work environment.In this position, you will be an integral part of theEngineering and Technical Services team. Your primary responsibilities willinclude providing comprehensive building maintenance and office administrationsupport for company-managed buildings. This will encompass a range of tasks,including supporting preventive maintenance programs, coordinating repairs ofequipment and systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.**What You'll Do:**- Organize work orders and assign them to individualtechnicians or work teams.- Coordinate the engagement and direction of appropriatesubcontractors.- Work closely with Technicians to stage materials, permits,subcontractors, tools, and other resources.- Develop, maintain, and distribute workflow processes tothe entire account team.- Review predictive maintenance data for trends. Provideregular reporting to the management team and client.- Perform annual reviews of preventive and predictivemaintenance programs.- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limitedpractical experience in applying them.- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistentwith CBRE RISE values.- Impact the quality of own work.- Work within standardized procedures and practices toachieve objectives and meet deadlines.- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, andcheck for understanding.**What You'll Need:**- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered.- Meet the physical requirements of this role includingstooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability tolift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standardproblems.- Experience with analyzing information and standardpractices to make judgments.- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.- Intermediate math skills.
