Our mission is to deliver personalized, innovative outdoor spaces that enhance our clients' daily lives through exceptional craftsmanship and thoughtful design.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to manage day-to-day field operations across multiple high-end swimming pool and landscape construction projects. This role is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring quality control on-site.The Foreman serves as Red Leaf's on-site leader--upholding safety standards, solving problems in real time, and ensuring every project meets company expectations for quality and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily on-site construction activities for assigned projectsSupervise and coordinate field crews and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with safety standards and maintain jobsite cleanlinessMonitor project schedules and proactively identify and communicate potential delaysTrack material quantities, equipment needs, and site logisticsMaintain accurate daily reports, progress photos, as-built documentation, and inspection recordsResolve field issues and ensure punch-list items are completed promptlyVerify work is completed according to construction plans and company quality standardsRepresent Red Leaf professionally when interacting with clients, inspectors, neighbors, and trade partnersQualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in a construction leadership role (Foreman, Crew Lead, or Superintendent)Plumbing or irrigation experience requiredExperience in pool construction, landscape construction, or hardscape construction strongly preferredStrong understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite coordinationAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsClear communication skills with a professional, client-focused demeanorProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive); experience with Smartsheet or similar project management software preferredHighly organized, proactive, and aligned with a high-performance team culturePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and move up to 85 poundsAbility to stoop, crawl, kneel, bend, twist, and reach above shoulder heightAbility to grasp and perform fine motor tasksAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours per day)Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAll applicants must be willing to submit to drug and background screening in accordance with applicable laws.Compensation & Benefits$35 - $45 per hour, based on experience and qualificationsBonus eligibility401(k) retirement planHealth benefits (employer contribution toward plan of choice)Paid time offFull-time, year-round employmentCompany Descriptionhttps://www.redleafdevelopments.com/Company Descriptionhttps://www.redleafdevelopments.com/
