You need to be good at following directions.This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL. We are not looking for someone who needs to be managed step-by-step, and we are not looking for someone who improvises when given clear instructions. We are looking for someone who reads the directions, follows them exactly, asks a sharp question when something is unclear, and gets it right the first time.Day-to-day responsibilities may include:Assembling, inspecting, and packaging suppressors and adapters to specFulfilling and shipping Shopify orders accurately and on scheduleManaging inventory counts and component trackingHandling basic customer support correspondence under existing templates and guidelinesSupporting production workflow, QC checks, and shop organizationFollowing written SOPs precisely and flagging anything that doesn't matchThis role rewards attention to detail, repeatability, and ownership.
