Financial Controller

Job description Responsibilities: - Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. - Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data. - Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes. - Collaborate with other departments to develop and monitor financial metrics and key performance indicators. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. - Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred. - Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. - Solid understanding of financial management principles. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
