You will work alongside experienced voice engineers on real-world initiatives related to collaboration, contact center operations, PSTN services, and monitoring.Our Summer Internship program runs June 1 – August 7, 2026 (Hybrid 2-3 days IN-OFFICE)During the internship, you will:Assist with day-to-day voice operations support across Cisco Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center environmentsHelp document and maintain Knowledge Base articles for voice-related processes in ServiceNowSupport the monitoring of voice infrastructure, call quality, and phone health using LogicMonitorParticipate in analyzing alerts, call quality metrics (MOS, latency, jitter), and availability trendsAssist with basic PSTN and call routing troubleshooting in partnership with our PSTN provider, IntelePeerSupport operational tasks related to eFax services, user provisioning, and issue triageParticipate in incident, problem, and change management processes related to voice servicesWork with the team to document standard operating procedures, escalation paths, and recovery processesContribute to the consolidation and organization of voice documentation, diagrams, and inventoriesAssist with reporting on voice platform usage, reliability, and performance to identify opportunities for improvementBe assigned projects that support voice platform stability, customer experience, and operational efficiencyCollaborate with network, security, and service desk teams to support integrated solutionsReceive mentorship, coaching, and regular feedback from voice engineers, your manager, and business leadersLearn internal systems, enterprise voice architecture, and industry best practicesTechnologies You Will Be Exposed To:Cisco Webex (Calling & Meetings)Cisco Webex Contact CenterIntelePeer PSTN / SIP serviceseFax platformsLogicMonitor (voice infrastructure & phone monitoring)ServiceNow (incident, change, and knowledge management)Meraki Sdwan Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will:Be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program , pursuing a degree in IT, Networking, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fieldBe able to fulfill the duties of the role in a full-time, hybrid environment for the duration of the 10-week program, located in Houston, TXHave a strong interest in voice technologies, collaboration platforms, or contact centersBe eager to learn enterprise voice systems and operational best practicesDemonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbalBe comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environmentHave strong organizational skills and attention to detailBe able to analyze issues methodically and follow troubleshooting processesBe proactive, inquisitive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasksBe available to complete the entire internship program as defined by the communicated program start and end dates Be fluent in oral and written EnglishBe eligible to legally work in the country in which you are applying, without company sponsorship or time restriction Equal Employment Opportunity EmployerStewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
