This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters involving data privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging regulatory issues. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage complex matters with confidence, and collaborate closely with experienced litigators on high-impact cases across industries.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing3-6 years of substantive experience with complex commercial litigation, arbitration and case managementSignificant experience managing day-to-day litigation activities, including fact investigations and case strategy developmentProven ability to draft pleadings such as answers, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgmentExperience conducting and defending depositions and negotiating with opposing counselStrong analytical, research, and written communication skillsComfort managing client relationships and handling matters with a high degree of autonomyAbility to independently manage smaller projects while contributing meaningfully to larger, complex mattersExperience litigating matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) or other privacy-related statutes is a plusFederal clerkship experience preferredKey ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of litigation, from initial investigation through resolutionLead factual investigations and develop litigation strategies in privacy and cyber-related mattersDraft and argue pleadings, dispositive motions, and related submissionsConduct and defend depositions and manage discovery processesNegotiate with opposing counsel and participate in settlement discussionsCoordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure efficient and strategic case managementAssist with workflow management on larger matters while maintaining ownership of assigned casesWhy Join Us?This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded Privacy & Cyber litigation team handling cutting-edge issues at the intersection of technology, regulation, and dispute resolution.
