We have successful, referenceable customers, competitive benefits, and high-growth opportunities.Role: ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution LeadPosition OverviewConvene is seeking a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution Lead to support our growing consulting practice.Focus is on solutioning, scoping, and supporting revenue growth across ServiceNow engagements.The ideal candidate is confident in front of clients, comfortable leading technical discovery conversations, and able to independently scope and price projects in partnership with our sales team.NoteThis is a part-time, revenue-driving role with opportunity to expand as the practice grows.This is not a hands-on developer role, and not a day-to-day delivery management position.Primary ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Solutioning (Core Focus)Lead technical discovery calls with prospective clientsTranslate business needs into high-level ServiceNow solutionsDefine implementation approach and delivery modelScope projects, estimate effort, and develop pricingDraft or support Statements of Work (SOWs)Partner with sales team during proposal and closing phasesPresent solution strategy to CIO / VP-level stakeholdersMust be able to operate independently in pre-sales conversations without relying on architects or developers for confidence.Sales PartnershipCollaborate with hunters and account managers to shape opportunitiesProvide credibility during client presentationsIdentify expansion pathways within existing ServiceNow accountsSupport co-sell motions with ServiceNow partner ecosystemLight Delivery Oversight (Secondary)Provide guidance during project kickoffEnsure proposed solution aligns with delivery executionSupport risk identification early in project lifecycleQualifications7+ years of ServiceNow experience (consulting environment preferred)Demonstrated experience leading pre-sales conversationsStrong scoping and estimation skillsComfortable presenting to executive stakeholdersExperience supporting ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or related modulesExperience working with offshore/nearshore delivery teamsWhat We Are Not Looking ForPure developers without client-facing experienceDelivery-only project managersOrder takersCandidates uncomfortable leading solution conversationsSuccess MetricsProposal win rateServiceNow consulting revenue growthGross margin accuracy (scope vs. actual)Client confidence in pre-sales phaseContribution to pipeline expansion
