Our team combines industry expertise with technology-focused operational support to help clients manage complex enrollment and eligibility workflows efficiently and accurately.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the RFP process for ICHRA proposals and provide explanation to broker teams and clients looking at ICHRAWeb-based installation of the sold insurance plans within carrier portals or initiating carrier-led implementations of final group insurance plansDevelop and maintain relationships with carrier partners, agency partners, and sales teamCoordinate and maintain strong working relationships with group HR teams to support ongoing benefit administration needsPrepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports internally and externally, ensuring accuracy and timely deliveryTrack and monitor alerts and notifications across two software platforms on a daily basis to ensure timely follow up and issue resolutionEnroll individuals directly within carrier enrollment platforms and online portalsRequirementsMust be able to work onsite at our office in Atlanta, GA or Charleston, SCSalary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
