Full Stack Lead WordPress & React
Mandatory skill: WordPress, PHP, React, HTML , CSS & Java Script. AWS, GIT .Good to have Knowledge on S3 , Web server management, SSL Rotation. Good to have prior experience in support and ticketing tool like service now, JIRA.Full Stack Development:Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP (Laravel or Core), and ReactJS.Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components.Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI developmentAbility to learn and support COTS and SaaS ApplicationsSupport Team Leadership:Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test supportMentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical deliveryManaging services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely.Project Collaboration:Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.Required Skills & Experience:8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.Strong proficiency in:WordPress (custom themes, plugins, REST API)PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP)ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture)Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI developmentExperience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.Proven experience in leading support or development teams.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
