Machine Operator

IQ Resource Group is seeking a dependable _*Machine Operator*_ to join a growing manufacturing team in the Brooklyn Center, MN area! *Schedule:* _Machine Operator: Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-1:45am_ *Employment Type:* Full-time _Temp to Hire_ *Pay:* _Machine Operator_: $22.00/hour | $21.50/hour while training on 1st shift _Job Overview:_ This position involves operating and maintaining production equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment. While this is not a full clean-room setting, employees must follow specific cleanliness, quality, safety, and regulatory standards. _Responsibilities:_ * Operate production machinery safely and efficiently. * Perform in-process quality inspections and report issues using established medical manufacturing procedures. * Troubleshoot equipment and make basic adjustments as needed. * Inspect machines to ensure proper setup and alignment. * Maintain production records, logs, and documentation, including rejected or discarded products. * Handle products carefully to maintain cleanliness, traceability, and product integrity. * Follow white-room protocols, including gowning, hygiene, and contamination-control procedures. _Qualifications:_ * At least 1 year of machine operating or related manufacturing experience. * Experience operating CNC, injection molding, die-cutting, laminating, molding presses, or similar machinery. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask. * Dependable with excellent attendance and reliability. * Experience in a white-room or other controlled manufacturing environment is preferred.
