Shift Lead- 2nd Shift (Monday to Thursday, Afternoons)

That’s why we’re looking for a detail-oriented Shift Lead to join us. In this position, you’ll need an understanding of DTG printing technology, a method that prints ink directly on clothing to produce a high-quality and vibrant product in a more sustainable way. Prior experience is a plus, but what matters most is a willingness to learn. We’ll provide you with on-the-job training for the machinery you’ll be working with.Your daily tasks will include:Assisting the DTG Machine Operators with mechanical or technological issues and reporting any recurring errors to the Production Supervisor or Machine TechniciansOverseeing the safety of your team by ensuring that all members are following the safety procedures and Standard Operating ProtocolChecking in with team members to make sure they’re meeting production goals and understanding prioritiesCompleting end-of-shift checks to ensure that your team leaves their workstations in top condition for the next shiftHelping your team resolve scheduling issues and giving members access to clock in and outEnsuring that Machine Operators have what they need to succeed, including needed materials and accurate printing parametersStepping in where you’re needed with tasks like operating the DTG machinery and performing quality checks to fill production gaps and keep your team on trackPerforming other duties as assignedIn this role, we'll expect you to:Have strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsHave excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and hardwareManage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlinesEstablish and maintain working relationships with your teamTake initiative and work independentlyYour qualifications:At least a high school diploma or GED equivalent1+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing settingWhat we offer:Competitive pay and benefits: health, dental, vision, and life insurance401k with company matchFree coffee and snacksPersonal and professional development opportunitiesA fun and engaging position in a fast-paced environmentA global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things doneAn opportunity to work in a modern fulfillment facilityExciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!Printful is an on-demand printing and fulfillment company that helps people turn their ideas into brands and products.
