Job DescriptionCustodians are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the client's facility, including, but not limited to, removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning and stocking restrooms and performing other various cleaning duties as assigned at the contracted site.
ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent service to our clients in the form of comprehensive, detailed cleaning and a friendly demeanor.
Clean floors using various methods and equipment.
Clean and sanitize touch points and surfaces.
Restock and clean restrooms.
Inform supervisor when inventory is low.
Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
RequirementsSuccessfully pass a background check, fingerprinting, and a 10-panel drug screen.
Able to operate mechanical equipment (i.e. vacuums, scrubbers, strippers, etc.)
Able to use reasoning and judgment
Able to apply math skills to various custodial tasks (i.e. how much cleaning solution needed for area being cleaned)
Able to communicate in writing effectively
Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel at various times through the entire shift
Able to lift and move, up to 40 pounds
