Hardware Validation Engineer, Data Center Engineering Labs

Overview As a Hardware Validation Engineer in Google's Data Center Labs, you drive end-to-end deployment and validation of prototype hardware. You will bridge facilities operations with R&D, shaping how early-stage systems land, turn up, and mature toward scalable deployment. You’ll tackle physical rework, thermal optimization, and bespoke networking, while building automation and dashboards to monitor lab health.
