Janitorial Supervisor Company: Intec Location: Multiple Sites – Louisville, KY Schedule: Monday to Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Pay: $17.50 per hour Overview: Intec is seeking a dependable and bilingual Janitorial Supervisor to lead and support cleaning teams across several Louisville locations. This hands-on role is ideal for a natural leader who can manage multiple sites, motivate teams, and maintain high cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise janitorial crews at various job sites Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control checks Train new hires and support ongoing staff development Maintain cleaning supply inventory and communicate needs Coordinate schedules and coverage Serve as liaison between clients and Intec management Step in to assist with cleaning tasks when needed Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken required; written preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Prior experience in janitorial services or team supervision Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks Flexibility to travel between locations within Louisville
