Order-to-Cash Specialist

Job ID: 41342 | Location: Louisville, Kentucky, USA | Expected Salary Range*: $69,420.00 - $92,560.00 | Work Model: OnsiteAs an Order-to-Cash Specialist supporting Clariant's Catalyst Business Unit, you will own and drive a critical end-to-end process that sits at the heart of our customer experience, from quotation creation through to delivery. Working closely with regional Sales, as well as regional and global Supply Chain and GBS teams, you will ensure order accuracy, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the entire OtC cycle. Through data-driven analysis, Lean Six Sigma principles, and strong cross-functional collaboration, you won't just keep the process running, you'll make it better, delivering measurable impact on customer satisfaction and business performance.This is an onsite role with openings in Louisville, KY and The Woodlands, TX. We encourage candidates with a background in customer service, supply chain, or logistics within manufacturing and/or the chemical industry to apply. Your hands-on experience in fast-paced, operationally complex environments is exactly the foundation this role is built on.ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process for defined customers and products, including order tracking, customer communication, and quotation creation across all marketsEnsure high order data accuracy and maintain backlog commenting in line with established rules and standardsMonitor OtC KPIs and implement corrective actions to drive performance improvements and customer satisfactionCoordinate with Scheduling, Planning, and global/regional OtC and SCM teams to cascade order-relevant updates and support informed decision-makingSupport Supply Chain performance reporting including OTIF analysis, backlog reporting, and root cause analysis within the QNS processLeverage data-driven approaches and Lean Six Sigma principles to identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement across regional Supply Chain workflows.Maintain accurate process documentation including SOPs and Work Instructions to meet audit requirementsSupport master data maintenance covering customer master, material master, and pricing conditionsCollaborate with global and regional OtC Management to harmonize processes and implement globally aligned best practices across the segmentRequirementsBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal qualificationMinimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, Project Coordination, or a related business functionSolid understanding of business processes and customer service principlesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with the ability to work with data, create reports, and leverage business intelligence tools; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) is desirable but not required.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is advantageous but not requiredWhat´s in it for you?Medical/Dental/Vision InsurancesPaid HolidaysPTO time with a carry-over benefitTuition ReimbursementWellness ProgramEAP ProgramSpending and Savings AccountsLife/AD&D InsuranceDisability InsurancePet InsuranceOnline discount Mall Auto/Home InsuranceIdentity Theft ProtectionLegal Services Plan*Includes base salary and annual incentive bonus; final offer based on skills, experience and internal equity.Clariant is a Swiss-based global specialty chemicals company, which is concentrated and developed in three business units: Care Chemicals, Catalysts and Adsorbents & Additives.
